ANNE CARPENETI, Assistant Attorney General, Criminal Division,
Department of Law (DOL), introduced herself.

SENATOR WIELECHOWSKI asked if the testimony Mr. Fayette
presented during the previous hearing in any way changed DOL's
position on HB 80.

2:01:35 PM
MS. CARPENETI replied it was her understanding that the
administration of the State of Alaska supported HB 80.

SENATOR WIELECHOWSKI asked if that meant that DOL did not share
the concerns that Mr. Fayette raised.

although individual people may feel differently.

SENATOR WIELECHOWSKI asked for confirmation that the department
